Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
The Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Department offers an international level of comprehensive plastic and reconstructive surgery service using state-of-the-art equipment and innovative surgical techniques.
Many procedures can be performed in The Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Center Day Surgery Units, enabling international patients to receive a comfortable service without hospitalisation.
The Department is experienced in performing a full range of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures including cosmetic procedures such as chemical face peels, botox injections, injections of dermal fillers and major surgery employing microsurgical, endoscopic maxillary-facial and cranio-facial techniques. The department also offers wound-healing and laser units.

Reconstructive Plastic Surgery
- Maxillo-facial surgery; orthognatic surgery, facial bone fractures and facial trauma
- Post-oncologic reconstruction of the facial regions and other parts of the body, maxillary and mandibular reconstruction by tissue transfers
- Burns treatment
- Treatment of cleft lip, cleft palate and their secondary deformities
- Hand surgery including replantation, and correction of congenital hand anomalies
- Microvascular tissue transfers employing microsurgical techniques
- Management of acute and chronic wounds (wound healing unit)
- Treatment of chronic wounds: pressure sores, diabetic wounds, venous ulcers
